Admission

Vivekam follows an open door policy with parents, encouraging them enquire details and visit the campus with their child, by prior appointment. This will enable them to discover and experience the ambiance and facilities offered at the institution first hand so that they make a conscious decision to admit their child at Vivekam.

    Admission Procedures

  • Visit the Admission Coordinator in the school campus and submit the duly filled in Admission Application form.
  • For Upper K.G. to Class X, the school follows the system of a written test in Language, Mathematics and Science. Syllabus for the same is based on the previous class and may be obtained from the School’s Admin Office.
  • Admission to Class XI is based on the percentage achieved in Class X Board Exam / Pre Board Exam.

    Documents required to be enclosed along with the application form:

  • Attested copy of birth certificate along with the original for verification.
  • Four latest colored passport size photographs.
  • For Classes I and above true copy of the Progress Report Card or official academic record of the last examination passed.
  • Original School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate of the last school attended to be submitted after selection.
  • Medical Certificate stating physical fitness.
  • Copy of Identity Card and Aadhar card of Parent.
  • Original and Copy of Aadhar Card of student.
  • Photocopy of caste certificate if SC /ST / OBC (if applicable)

Lower Kindergarten (LKG) Age 3 years 6 months+ as on 31st March 2024 (DOB between 1/4/2019 and 30/9/2020) Interaction with parents and child
Upper Kindergarten (UKG) Candidates must be currently studying in a class lower than the class applied for Interaction with parents and child
I to IX & XI Candidates must be currently studying in a class lower than the class applied for i. Admission Test
ii. Interaction with shortlisted candidates and parents
